The ribs are the best in and around Montreal not only St. Sauveur. Mitch, the previous owner, researched all of North America for the best ribs and how to prepare them. He then past on the recipes to his daughter and son-in-law who took over the business. We have been going there for over 10 years. It is great.

We have eaten at the Rio before and the portions (ribs) seem to have diminished greatly in size. What we were served was excellent.
