Outstanding seafood restaurant. Scallops, sea bream and tuna were cooked to perfection and each course was beautifully presented. Peanut butter crème brûlée was the best I have tasted in a long time, could have had two!

Very attentive service and delicious food. Really loved the Cullen Skink as the flavours were just right and it was not too filling. The sea bass for my main course was also very tasty with the vegetable accompaniments. I really enjoy samphire with fish dishes. I think my only complaint is that I was sitting across from the door, and felt the cold wind every time the door opened. The Restaurant Weeks menu was very well priced. Bistro Verde is a great choice for a special meal out.

A lovely intimate restaurant in a great part of the city, convenient for transport. Went for dinner pre concert and the staff were efficient without being rushed. Started with a warming, full of flavour Cullen skink. The fish was cooked very well, tasty and loved the potato/chirizo smash. Highly recommended and would go back.

The only reason ambiance lost a couple of marks was because there was a large booking who were enjoying themselves so it made it difficult to chat and hear. You understand at Christmas that there are alot of work dinners. The service and food was excellent and all 4 of us would recommend it and will certainly be back

Service was fantastic, starter the black pudding was minimal, the cullen skink was loaded with leeks and the main course of bouillabaisse was very overpriced, it was basically a bowl of mussels and a very dry piece of fish.
