Overall great experience, just an fyi for staff to double check names on reservations, there was another couple with reservations around the same time and mine with the same name and they were given my reserved table. All worked out just fine but some guest may not be as accepting

We love Indian Ladder especially sitting outside. We only had one complaint from this trip. We reserved an outdoor fire pit for 2 hours by paying a fee ahead of time. We were 15-20 minutes past the beginning of our two hour time slot and they had given our table to another party.
The staff fixed the situation by refunding our reservation and finding us a different table after a short wait.
