Our absolute favourite fish and chip restaurant. The beautiful Cod or Haddock Fish is cooked to order and in batter that is not at all greasy and the chips are the same The restaurant is beautifully clean and so are the toilets! We have taken many friends and family there who love it as much as we do. You will not be disappointed

We went with our Dutch friends to introduce them to British fish and chips. They loved it !! The food is freshly prepared and delicious, the restaurant is spotlessly clean & beautifully decorated and the staff are lovely. Chatty, helpful without being too intrusive. My husband and I have eaten here several times but they now have 2 new Dutch customers who are planning to take their friends.

Our Plaice has to be our favourite fish and chip restaurant ever. Batter on the fish is just right and lovely chips. Each one of us really enjoyed our meal. The restaurant is spotless and the service is great.

Fantastic food and service as usual. Small point but would improve the ambience, would be to play background music rather than the radio channels as it reduces the experience of what is a fantastically revamped restaurant. Brings the ambience to be more like a cafe.

We all wanted healthy food so opted for fish and salad. My friends both had JP with breaded plaice and salad. All prepared fresh at that moment. Absolutely delicious and spotlessly clean. Our waitress Lesley was fabulous. Will definitely be back.

Modern decor, impeccably clean, attentive and friendly service, really good fish and chip, excellent value - what more can we ask for? We return to this lovely restaurant each time we drive to Santa Pola from Gandia - I think if we didn’t have something to do in the area we would want to drive the 90 minutes to this restaurant for IMHO, the best fish and chips in Spain.

Well I was introduced to the gravey last night, it is so beefy! I always have the fish or a fish menu so never need gravey. My husband had a steak pie and as he's not as northern as myself I dipped my leftover chips in his leftover gravey. All I can say is, I'm so happy he's not as north as me as there certainly would not be any gravey left to sample

When we arrived there was only one person serving and he was very busy so the service was a little slow, but he was very pleasant and attentive. Whilst we were there another waiter arrived which made things better. Food was beautiful couldn't be improved. Unfortunately my first choice for pudding was off the menu but as there was a good choice of others it wasn't a real problem. Overall very satisfied.

Good food, good service, cheery helpful staff in attractive surroundings, our first visit but for certain not our last. Good portions also, it's not often I fail to clear a plate but the big cod was a shade too much so was taken home for the cat who gave full purrs. No more Q F&C for us.! Only negative point (hence the 9/10 for 'Overall') would be your booking service as the reservation was made at 11:35 but apparently there was no obvious sign of it when we arrived at 13:00. It was quickly found but should not have needed searching for. Fortunately it was relatively quiet so wasn't a problem but it could have been different and we'd travelled about 25km to get there.
