Putting the Craft in Craftsteak

Craftsteak

Located inside the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino is Top Chef's residential judge Tom Colicchio's award-winning restaurant Craftsteak. As the winner of multiple awards from the prestigious James Beard Foundation, Owner and Executive Chef Colicchio manages to elevate the idea of a steakhouse echelons above the typical bland meat and plain potatoes menu. While Chef Colicchio is hard at work on other projects, it is Executive Chef Matt Seeber and Pastry Chef Carrie Chesto that overlook all the cuisine at the Las Vegas location.

The establishment is easily distinguishable on the Strip as Craftsteak's menu features only the finest ingredients found from small, family-owned farms and artisanal producers, bringing crisp seasonal flavors to all the dishes. The fresh ingredients paired with simple preparation techniques are signature styles of Chef Colicchio. The a la carte menu offers a wide selection of Corn-Fed and Grass-Fed Beef and the signature Domestic Wagyu Beef, as well as Free Range Chicken, Organic Salmon, and other 'Surf' selections. The side dish list is endless, filled with variations on potatoes like Gnocchi, Yukon Gold Puree, and French Fries. Craftsteak also features an assortment of seasonal vegetables prepared to perfection to ensure the integrity of the produce's flavors. Signature desserts like the Cinnamon Money Bread and Spiced Doughnuts are the ideal ending to the hearty meal.

Offering three exclusive Chef's Menus, an extensive wine list and an understated elegance, Craftsteak has made its mark as the go-to steakhouse on the Strip!
