Kale as an accompaniment to the chicken is not that popular. Spinach would be a nice substitute. The pasta is fabulous and a nice option for those who do not eat red meat. It would be nice to have a healthy appetizer for people allergic to shellfish.

Hi Guys,
We really enjoyed the PreFixe dinner with you last night. The highlights were Katherine's friendly service and the chocolate eclairs!!!
A few notes on the "other stuff":
*We had to send back our dirty martini's as they arrived at the table nearly brown from the brine-it's a pretty standard & classic cocktail, so we kindly asked for a redo. The second one was better but still lacked confidence-it's a pretty special thing for us to enjoy a martini, so we were a bit bummed about that part. However, the hand-stuffed blue cheese olives were awesome!
*When we were seated the menu given to us was warped and torn at the top-since it's a simple printed piece of paper, this could have been easily re-printed. I know it's nit-picky but it's a vibe that lets us know where the hospitality needs polishing.
*The Coq au Vin was delicious and perfectly cooked but we felt the plate lacked a compositional component of some type of vibrant green veg, even if it were a tiny amount. Again, totally a personal preference but feedback is feedback :)
Would have loved to see other wines featured By The Glass, otherwise we enjoyed discovering a "new for us" restaurant. We would come back and enjoy another cocktail at the bar for our next attempt.
