The cucumber cocktail at the bar was not good. It tasted like sour mix over ice. I expected the service to be better but it was average. The food was great! We had the ravioli app, mushroom steak and eggplant entree.

Quiet is nice, partly due to it being a Thursday and a light crowd. Crispy sushi roll was excellent, if a little sweet. Pom Pom Mushroom dish was excellent if a little sweet. Bibimbop was not as good. Could have been more complex with more components. Salt level wasn't over the top which was great and uncommon these days. Chocolate mousse cake was excellent. Loved the fact that coconut, ubiquitous these days, was NOT detected throughout the meal. Lots of interesting choices on the menu. Should serve filtered water, and if it's filtered, should probably change the filter. We have high standards and are foodies, and will definitely be back. Overall was a great experience!

Everything we ordered tasted amazing. It started with delicious vegan cocktails and mocktails. The appetizers and entrees were creative and flavorful. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Warm atmosphere, safety measures followed. Can’t wait to come back

I recently switched to plant based diet and have been searching for good places to eat to cater to my new diet. Herbal Fix has amazing dishes that taste just as good if not better than traditional dishes with meat. The only problem was that everything looked so good and I could t try it all!
Also during the times of covid the tables were properly distanced and I felt that the staff did a great job keeping us feeling safe and taken care.
I will definitely be returning and recommending.

WOW!!! WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! Every dish was prepared with sheer elegance and love. My daughter and I watched in amazement as Chef Wendy Chang plated each dish with passion and compassion. The ambience was very elegant but casual at the same time. Herban Fix is definitely at the very top of my list of best restaurants. Five stars hands down!!!

We were visiting from out of town and looking for a vegan restaurant. We were excited for what seemed to be a fine dining vegan experience. We had a reservation for 8 pm. Due to there being lots of traffic, we arrive a few minutes late. Our greeting and service overall was excellent, though we did ask for recommendations with regard to the menu and the response was somewhat confusing. We ordered the duck steamed buns as an appetizer and those were excellent. As entrees, we had the oyster mushroom (fried) and Bibimbap. Oyster mushroom batter was crispy and good, but mushroom lacked flavor and spinach was boring. This entrée was small and felt more like a starter appetizer. I'd give it a 6/10. The bibimbap was good but not exceptional. The components of the dish were all good, but it didn't come together in a transcendent way. We had the raspberry chocolate desert. It was fine but not exceptional.
Service overall was excellent. Food was only fine. I've had more interesting dishes from vegan food trucks. We would not eat here again, especially at this price point.

The food was delicious and our server was amazing. The only negative thing about our experience is every couple of minutes this loud screeching noise would happen in the kitchen (almost like an alarm) and it was not pleasant to hear. I also was hoping they would make it special for my grandma’s birthday .. they asked in the reservation if it was a special occasion and I let the server know it was her birthday, but they didn’t even do something as small as wishing her a Happy Birthday. Overall, we loved our food and had a good time.

Just moved from Los Angeles and the food was expensive even for Los Angeles pricing. It was really good food. But, overpriced for what it was. I may go back. The food is good. But, $200 for 3 people was a bit much. 2 beers, 1 cocktail, 1 glass of wine. 3 apps, 3 entrees... and not even the expensive entrees.. $170 plus tip. $200

My daughter is vegan and I'm not. This was our 1st visit to this particular establishment and definitely won't be our last. My daughter loved everything we ordered, I especially loved the brussel sprouts and the asparagus, the decor and atmosphere were lovely. Our waiter was our only complaint about our dining experience, he was not helpful in the least and seemed rushed (short w answers) the restaurant was not even busy for the type of customer service he provided. Other than that it is worthy for another visit!

The male Asian greeter was very rude when I entered. I asked to change my seat because I felt my date and I were too close to the other patrons. The greeter aggressively gathered our menus and led us to the center of the room and he seemed irritated.
Lastly we found hair on an empty plate under a napkin. And that was the end of the line for us. TERRIBLE experience.

Overall this was great place. Gives an upscale feel to a vegan Asian food experience. I enjoyed the space and ambiance a lot. It also got busy during our dinner so I can tell a lot of people enjoy eating here. The food we good but not the best food I’ve had. However with that said, I LOVED the dessert tray they bring around. And it was hot in our section toward the back so adjusting the temperature slightly would’ve been great. Overall 8/10 experience and I would return. Maybe what I ordered just wasn’t my cup of tea but they have a lot of great options on the menu.

We’re repeat customers and have always had a wonderful experience with service and the food. Unfortunately our server this time was not very attentive. It was as if he was just doing his job with as little input as possible. He didn’t offer to discuss the menu like we overheard another server telling the nearby table about new menu items and popular items. We ordered a bottle of wine but our server didn’t allow it to be tasted first before pouring a full glass.
We were celebrating a birthday so the lack of service was a big let down for a special evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first meal at Herban Fix Kitchen. We started with two great cocktails, the mojito’s and mule followed by Sesame ginger soy chicken & shiitake kebabs and Steamed buns w. crispy soy duck, cucumber, scallions & cilantro. AMAZING! Our entrees included Crispy eggplant topped w. vegetable chutney and Seared pom pom mushroom steak with assorted vegetables. All the food was fantastic and presented well. We will be back! The food was fabulous! It took too long to get it, though. Our server was nice but rushed. We had to ask for coffee and dessert instead of the waiter offering them. Atmosphere was nice, but we were cold and had to leave our coats on. Next time, we’ll ask for a booth/bench as the chairs were not comfortable (that could be just a personal thing). Overall, it’s my favorite restaurant for really good vegan food. The food is phenomenal!

First time at this restaurant and it was hard to decide what to eat on the menu because everything sounded fantastic - everyone in my party loved their food. Our server was great, providing recommendations and engaging with our chatty group. Can't wait to return!

Overall great experience. The food was really delicious and opened my mind to how tasty vegan can be! The waitress and the kitchen were very easily responsive to my allergies to garlic and bell peppers. They honored my request to be seated in a fairly quiet spot in the restaurant. I would highly recommend this gem of restaurant to everyone!

The food was amazing, everything we had was great. We had asparagus and scallion pancakes for appetizers, the wild rice and vermicelli entrees, and blueberry cheesecake for dessert. The drinks were also incredibly tasty, if I could rate them 20 then I would! would definitely recommend it!
