WOW!!! WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! Every dish was prepared with sheer elegance and love. My daughter and I watched in amazement as Chef Wendy Chang plated each dish with passion and compassion. The ambience was very elegant but casual at the same time. Herban Fix is definitely at the very top of my list of best restaurants. Five stars hands down!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first meal at Herban Fix Kitchen. We started with two great cocktails, the mojito’s and mule followed by Sesame ginger soy chicken & shiitake kebabs and Steamed buns w. crispy soy duck, cucumber, scallions & cilantro. AMAZING! Our entrees included Crispy eggplant topped w. vegetable chutney and Seared pom pom mushroom steak with assorted vegetables. All the food was fantastic and presented well. We will be back! I was looking for a new dining experience near the Fox Theater, and found Herban Fix on my quest for a nice place to celebrate our anniversary before attending the theater. The reviews were overwhelmingly positive, and we decided to give it a go even though neither of us are truly vegan, (though we eat healthfully). Every dish was perfectly prepared, and far exceeded expectations. The soy ginger dressing was light and flavorful on my salad, and the vegetables in our dishes were cooked to perfection. We shared the truffle wild rice topped with assorted mushrooms and the creamy curry broth with tofu, vegetables and cashews. Outstanding. I also had a house crafted cocktail which was also perfect. Be sure to save room for the chocolate ganache cake. The atmosphere was hip, yet comfortable...and I loved the somewhat open concept and being able to see into the kitchen. Our server was pretty remarkable with her knowledge of each dish and the details. She was super helpful, and though we hadn't expected to be sharing, brought larger spoons out that gave us an opportunity to do so. I wish chef would write a cookbook! We will return...I loved it!

This was my first time dining at this particular vegan restaurant. It was very elegant when you first walk in and the lightning was perfect. We were seated right away and very shortly after our server was ready to take our drink and appetizer order. We are not vegan; so we had questions and our server was able to make suggestions and recommendations that made our experience fantastic.
