Located in the Stove Works, a turn of the century industrial metal works building, Rathbun's is a restaurant not to be missed. Owner and Chef Kevin Rathbun's interpretation of modern American cuisine is worldly, with a menu that incorporates influences from around the globe. Dishes, especially the small plates selection, offer an eclectic mix of international flavors, such as Mediterranean Mussels, Sardinian Flatbread, and Thai Rare Beef. The setting is equally eclectic, with a modern design mingling with the historic space, yet somehow in both cuisine and decor, everything seems harmoniously fused.
