Owner and Chef Kevin Rathbun's interpretation of modern American cuisine is worldly, with a menu that incorporates influences from around the globe. Dishes, especially the small plates selection, offer an eclectic mix of international flavors, such as Mediterranean Mussels, Sardinian Flatbread, and Thai Rare Beef.
