First time visit , will not be the last ! Food was exceptional , everthing was cooked from scratch , staff were very friendly , prices very reasonable for the quality , I would definitely recommend to give it a try ! Only open Fri/Sat /Sun, ps it’s a stunning makeover of an old Church , an amazing job of the owners who have kept a lot !!! of the features of this historic building

As a family, we just love the Roebank! Nothing is too much to ask and they make our two young boys feel very welcome. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We are very grateful to the staff for being so attentive, a lovely experience every time :)

On a positive note, despite COVID restricting numbers and the dining room being so large, it still managed to feel cosy and welcoming. James is an amazing host and always makes you feel very relaxed and takes the time to speak to every diner. Waitress was a bit frosty and not terribly attentive.
Unfortunately, the deserts 3 of us ordered were not available and rather than coming and telling us giving us the option to change our mind (I would have taken a coffee instead) we were served bowls of ice cream. James did come over and explain why our deserts were not available however; would have preferred the option to choose an alternative.
We also unfortunately felt that it was not good value for money, as £10 for a main menu item which was a very basic pasta in sauce didn’t warrant the price tag. A couple of slices of garlic bread would even have made a difference. Calzones were tasty enough and came with a small side salad which again, would have been a bit nicer with some dressing.
This hotel was a favourite pre COVID and this experience is certainly not going to put us off going but would probably not book the deal nights again

Menue, there was NO indication on the Main Course section which meals were designated 'GF' Gluten Free. The waiter did go and ask the chef. But the reply was sketchy, nothing written down, and unsure if there was wheat flour in the sauces. and they only had GF tube pasta which could be cooked separately.
We were a party of Two persons. The meat was luke warm in my steak pie so I took it back to be reheated. Apart from that we enjoyed what we had.

Staff and service were excellent. My only criticism would be to make it a more ambient atmosphere. Additionally although the food was ok it could have been made a bit more interesting and not so dry. ...

Food quality was very good and steak pie was excellent. The children who served us were helpful and polite. The only downside is the cost of drinks which were similar to prices we pay when out in Glasgow and not what we expected to pay when out locally. But I would go back and would recommend to others.

Food really good but no butter for the roll and no tartar sauce with the fish coarse service was a bit patchy due to a lack of experience but the staff were doing their best and were very helpful and pleasant would definitely try again

This was our first visit to The Roebank Hotel in Beith - our main courses were both excellent and we will be back again at some point to try other dishes! The pub area we were seated in was pretty cold and could have done with a little bit of heat - as the weather had changed. We had a very cheery waitress who was welcoming and friendly!
