Great Instructor!!! Only thing I would change- let customers take candles with them with directions about refrigerator/temp - its an inconvenience to return to the store. Judging by all the candles waiting for pickup since Jan/ Feb, it seems to be a trend of no-return.

It was my first time making candles and I will definitely be back. The setting is nice and the teacher was attentive. An FYI, you have to leave you candle there for 2.5 hours to set up after you make it.

Awesome experience overall but a few notes that could make all the difference: #1: get an assistant to help for sessions that are fully booked[I can't say how much better our waiting for instructions would have been if we hadn't had to wait until we were almost done to receive wine glasses for the wine we brought with us]; #2: mention in the confirmation text that guests should arrive 5 minutes before their session as sessions really seem like work best when they start on time OR set the room up differently- instead of 2 long rows of seats and random guest seating, try 3 shorter horizontal table orientations and have people fill the tables as they arrive and when they fill, the instructions can be given to each table at once instead of being randomly seated all over the room so instructions had to be given like 6 different times instead of 1-3 times. Overall excellent value & experience for the cost. Just wish there was a bit more organization in the flow of the actual session.

I loved the experience of coming here to make candles. I only have 2 minor complaints. My first complaint is the floors were slippery. Very slippery, whereas if you walked you better go slow especially going down the steps. My second one is they didn’t have wood wicks. Both complaints are minor but it still wouldn’t deter me from coming back again.

Not enough hosts/instructors for the number of parties. The hosts bounced from one party to the next so we spent a lot of time waiting for the next instructions. However the setup (upstairs) was very nice.
