Frequently Asked Questions- Can we reserve an outdoor table?
- Yes, under current restrictions we can only allow groups of up to 6 people at one table and we have implemented a 2 hour time limit on all reservations. If you have a group larger than 6 people you will need to reserve 2 different tables for the same time slot.
- Can we make a reservation for a large group outside?
- At this time we are limited to groups of 6 or less. If you would like to make a reservation for a larger group you will need to make multiple reservations. Please note that we are limiting reservations to a 2 hour table limit. And due to Social Distancing limitations you will NOT be able to move tables in the dining area.
- Will we be able to use the Tap Wall when we visit the brewery?
- No. At this time the brewery is functioning on a Table Service only model. You will need to be seated at a table and place your order with a server. There is no self service at the Tap Wall until further notice.
- Are face coverings required when visiting Pooles Island?
- In accordance with the guidelines set forth by Baltimore county, you will be required to wear a face covering until you are seated at a table and anytime you wish to enter the building to use the restroom. Face coverings for guests will not be required while you are seated at a table.
- Are children & pets still welcome at Pooles Island?
- Yes, but children MUST remain seated at the table and will count towards the 6 person maximum as allowed. Social Distancing guidelines remain in effect on the patio. All pets MUST be leashed and kept under control in your immediate space.

We visited for a food truck event and had a wonderful time. Our reserved table was ready immediately and the staff we very friendly and helpful. We tried the Poole's Gold Cider and it was amazing! Highly recommend. We will return!

Our party had a very nice time at the Brewery. We had never been there before and were greeted by the Owner who was courteous and super nice. He explained how everything worked and gave us a quick tour. In fact, all the people who worked there were pleasant. We are certainly going to frequent this establishment!

We always have a great time at Poole"s Island. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff,
tasty beer. They did a thorough job this weekend with social distancing and keeping
tables, chairs, etc. sanitized. I felt comfortable sitting inside. So happy they are open for business again. Great place to hangout with friends.

We were only able to stay for 20 minutes because of the rain, but the time we were there the service was AMAZING! The hostess was so nice, the waitress and waiter was so quick to greet us and serve us. As always the other people enjoying their time were great conversation as well.
