Very enjoyable day. We liked all the food except the roast beef sandwich which was delicious but tough. Our server was very attentive and ambiance of the dining room was very nice. Overall a very good experience!

We had a lovely time celegrating my mother's birthday. We had the Royal Tea and the food was delicious, the tea was hot and well-brewed, the wait staff attentive, but not over-bearing, and the room was adorably decorated. We loved it and I have already made reservations to return.

I’ve wanted to go here for years, so I had high expectations. The tea lunch did not disappoint They were very accommodating for a large party. The cucumber sandwich (always a tea favorite) was very good. So was the Brie. The apricot scones and accompaniments were my favorite.

Steeped Tea has been one of my favorite places for many years. I moved across the country two years ago but whenever I am back in the area I try to get there again. This time was as wonderful as ever. The food is delicious and creative. The chef is inspired with unique creations that never cease to amaze me. The atmosphere and the server are fabulous. I just hate that I live so far away now and only get there once a year or so.

With new hours(now on Friday) my friends and I took advantage of it. The food, as always, was delicious and creative. Our Waitress, Olivia, was wonderful. Don’t miss a chance to try Steeped Tea Cafe. You’ll be sorry if you don’t.

Absolutely incredible. The food, service and ambiance. We could not have asked for anything more. This is a 5 star restaurant. The food is out of this world. The people are kind and funny and quick. It’s a relaxed atmosphere with a whole lot of class. We brought another couple with us and it was their first time, not even halfway through they had decided they would be coming back ASAP. By far the best secret gem we have found in years. Already planning our next lunch there

Everything was just lovely there! The atmosphere is relaxing amid the quaint decor, and it takes you back to a gentler, simpler time.
The food is so good! I looked at the menu online and saw the apple walnut salad (which looked delicious) and it was even more delicious than I imagined. The potato soup with leeks and veggies was creamy and filling. The scones were yummy and there is a vast variety of teas.
The staff is very friendly, but not intrusive. All our needs/requests were met with a smile.
We will be back, and will even place carry out orders when we can.
Truly a hidden gem that needs to be discovered more.

Our lunch tea on the porch was the perfect Fall meal. Our homemade (moist!) cherry scone was the best I have ever had. Our Apple Cheddar soup was served piping hot and was incredible. My chicken caeser wrap was perfectly flavored with melt in your mouth chicken pieces. Our dessert was a homemade slice of apple walnut cake with whipped cream. We loved loved loved the option of having French pressed coffee or tea. Each little table was adorned with fresh cut flowers. The young lady who served us is so kind and accommodating. This is quickly becoming my favorite tearoom of all.

We love this hidden gem in Manchester. We’ve been here several times for several different seasons and reasons and we always come back. The food is five star and the service is so welcoming and warm it’s almost as though they’re part of your family. For a birthday celebration this time we sat out on the porch and it was lovely. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality and service. Whether you’re just going for a sandwich or soup, or an afternoon tea, this is one of our favorite places in Carroll County.

Had a great time. Server was polite but had to ask for refill of water too often. Tea was delicious. Food was fabulous. Be sure to tell your guests what they are being served. Even though it's on the menu, they were taken and we had to ask what things were. Don't be afraid to engage with your customers. Overall would definitely visit again.

We did not realize that the theme of the food was an asian theme when scheduling, and the sandwiches provided were not of the best quality. The selection was very bland. The house salad and desserts were good, as well as the tea. Our waitress was a bit cold and slammed down nearly everything that we ordered, clinking the dishes all pretty loudly and abruptly every single time she came to the table with something. I had been there once prior a few years ago and the experience was much more pleasant.

The servers were polite and helpful. Food was missing from the order and when they fixed the issue it was wrong again (I asked several times for dressing on side and it was on top). Scones and fruit were nice, tea was great. We probably sat for atleast 30 minutes after our meal was done with noone to check on us. I finally got up to find a server. It was a fine experience, I would consider coming back but it would be nice to see more attention to detail.
