- Reservations are held for 15 minutes only.
- Tables may be delayed during busy periods due to table turnover.
- Early dinner reservations may be allocated a 2-hour seating period. Later reservations may enjoy the table until closing.

- Waiting time is 0–20 minutes depending on time and day (may be longer during high season).
