Chef Rob’s Gourmet Café is one of Belize’ culinary gems where we’ll tantalize your tastebuds with our gourmet dishes, as you dine by the Caribbean Sea, on our beach in Hopkins.

To give you authentic flavours of the Caribbean, Chef Rob Pronk, one of the country’s most celebrated chefs, presents a new menu each day based on the availability of market-fresh produce, using local ingredients often sourced from within a 30 mile range of the restaurant.

We are happy to discuss any special dietary needs you may have, and can provide you with vegetarian options for your meals, or work with you to provide suitable and safe options for people with certain allergies or food intolerances.

We offer 4 dining options: A-LA-CARTE, LOVE-ON-THE-ROCKS, CHEF'S TABLE and FOODIE FRIDAYS.

PLEASE NOTE: Chef's Table Dining is available as a private event for 6-10 people on Tue-Thur, Sat-Sun, and for individual bookings on Fridays. All reservations for Chef's Table & Foodie Fridays require 72hours min. advance notice, and cannot be completed online. A member of our team will contact you to confirm your booking.

Omg, a wonderful experience where the Chef is passionate about his craft. The ambiance is nice and we did the 7 course meal for 14 ppl with all kinds of food restrictions and Chef made it happen and everyone was satisfied, no complaints.

Chef Rob's Restaurant was the perfect place to celebrate my wife's birthday. The staff made her feel super special, singing Happy Birthday and placing balloons on her chair! The food was topnotch and plentiful. Drinks were tasty. Restaurant had a lovely view of the ocean. We recommended to other people at the resort we were staying at and they enjoyed also.

Made an advance res based on reviews. Showed up quite early but we’re immediately accomodated. Good and service were excellent.
