Having visited Charlie's on a number of occasions for lunch, we have never been disappointed. The staff are very professional and friendly. Only criticism, the added service charge, we would prefer to decide ourselves how much we feel the service is worth and would like to tip our own waiting staff for service given.

Fabulous lunch with a friend - we had not visited the restaurant before and had not been recommended, so not quite sure what to expect. We chose the restaurant as Salisbury is a mid way point between our two homes. We could not have been happier. The service was super attentive but not overbearing, the food was delicious, fresh and tasty so full marks all around and well worth our respective one hour plus journeys to get there! The birthday surprise for my friend - although she was a little embarrassed - was very much appreciated.

The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of without hovering. But the real star of the show was the food. Each dish was a perfect blend of flavors, beautifully presented, and clearly crafted with care. We started with the appetizers—fresh, flavorful, and unlike anything we've had before. The main courses were phenomenal; each bite was a reminder of how amazing quality ingredients can be when prepared by talented chefs. And don't even get me started on the desserts—they were the perfect finish to an unforgettable meal. Charlie’s Kitchen is a must-visit if you’re looking for amazing food and outstanding service. We left already planning our next visit. Highly recommended!

A table of 9 ladies tried Charlie’s Kitchen for the first time, it was excellent, we all enjoyed our meal. Service was good and the restaurant is beautifully designed. We had an excellent meal at Charlie's Kitchen on Saturday 11/08/2024. The food was lovely - Med / Turkish / Greek, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the decor and ambience were also great. The servings are very generous, which meant that, for us, a starter and main were really too much, so we took home part of the main in a doggy bag. We definitely plan on visiting again.

The Trustees of Charlie's Star Charity (https://charliesstar.org) enjoyed their first visit to Charlie's Kitchen very much. Being a Tuesday night, it was a little quiet and unfortunately the Manager was away on holiday but the staff took great care of us and the food was absolutely delicious. I am sure we will all be recommending the restaurant to our family and friends as well as returning again soon ourselves!

We found the overall experience very pleasing. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Our only criticism would be that the liver was over cooked which made it very try. We were asked our opinion and hopefully our comments were taken on board. We felt that the complimentary starter and dessert was a very nice touch. We will be back!

We loved eating at Charlie’s Kitchen. The welcome was very friendly, the service was attentive and helpful and the food delicious. We appreciated the attention paid to catering for a specific allergy. Only suggestion would be to provide a hand rail on the stairs as due to arthritis going up and downstairs to use the toilets was a little problematic

I had booked directly with the restaurant over the phone but they appeared not to have us booked in We were a little disappointed with our meal. We ordered a chicken £22 and a lamb casserole £24. Unfortunately they tasted like water down frozen casseroles reheated. Ok if you pay £15 but to command this price it needs to be better quality. Good service although one waiter was one step from running around the restaurant which doesn't give a good impression. The menu is far to big and I think it could be halved and more attention paid to the quality of the food. Who serves sea bass with chips at £22?!
