Beluga Sushi Bar

Delicious!

Beluga is located inside the Washington Mall. So, as with any retaurants that are situated inside a mall or department store, when the rest of the mall is closed, and the only thing opening was this restaurant, it seemed a bit lonely. But the service was great. Our server was an Indian gentlemen, very professional and courteous. The food, especially the sushi rolls, were creative and flavorful. The sashimi selection was a bit limited, only yellowtail, big eye tuna and regular tuna were available. But they were pretty fresh and tasted fine. All the specialty rolls were delicious. The reason that I gave a 6/10 for the ambience was that the red and blue velvety seats were a bit low in height, and our seating posture was crouched and uncomfortable after a while. It also looked a bit dated, kind of like the funky atomsphere in a night club 10 years ago.
