Overall experience was great. Food beautiful, couldn’t fault it at all. Only recommendation I would suggest is to have fold away wheelchair ramps for customers that require wheelchair access because my elderly mother attended with us for a family meal and we had to bring her ramps to gain access. The establishment has wheelchair access toilets so this would be a great improvement regarding remote ramps.

We totally enjoyed the brunch meal offer. The brunch meal offer is ending shortly, and we expected the experience to be downgraded as a result , but no it was well above our expectations. it was a lovely outing. The food, service /hospitality were excellent, and the drinks were plentiful. The bar staff kept 'em coming, which was lovely. Thanks, again!

Fantastic food, very tasty! We did the Jamaican carvery on a Sunday, our server Matt was attentive even though the establishment was having a very busy day, Highly reccomend and I will be returning with friends.

The food was absolutely incredible! Everything was delicious and we really enjoyed our meal. The service was friendly but a little slow, I think it was a busy night and they were short staffed, it didn't spoil our enjoyment, it just took a little while longer. The atmosphere was great, lively and fun with great music, it was perfect for our occasion as it was a Birthday celebration. Thanks to everyone and huge compliments to the Chef once again!

We couldn’t make it as the gig we were going to was cancelled the day before due to covid. Tried emailing, messaging & calling the venue but no reply at all. Guess that’s £20 deposit gone even though I just wanted to move the date

No criticisms but a suggestion to say that the electrical work that was being carried out to the external power supplies & cabling to the external lamps, should have been done before or after service, not during service & around the occupied tables. Guy doing the work was very friendly & apologetic & didn't cause too much disruption, but the work should have done another time.

I booked a table last minute on Friday night for two of us. We walked in and there was no o W to greet us. We went to the bar and said we had booked an the barman pointed at the table and didn’t let us know if what drinks we could have for the table fee £5 per person and when we asked how to order it was back at the bar. The food menu was very different to the website which was disappointing. However the food we did order was lovely my friend is a vegan and there were options that she could have. The cocktails were also very nice and we both left a bit tipsy. It was a nice atmosphere and the music in the bar was good (we didn’t stay for the upstairs music) I will go back again however the service needs to be a bit more tentative.

The only reason for a score of 7 for service is not directed at our waitress who was great. We had booked the 1.5 hour slot which we understood (7.30-9pm) and were asked to move tables at 8.35 for another booking. The dining space was almost empty but we moved anyway. The other booking could easily have been seated at one of the empty tables, but they did not turn up anyway!

Fantastic time on the covered terrace. Food was beautiful and really good selection of drinks. Waiter was very accommodating and attentive. Only downside was our table was clearly above the toilets and we unfortunately experienced some bad smells now and then. Apart from that, a really nice evening out.

Visited on Saturday the 1st for drinks only,were seated straight away...staff were great, going around and cleaning once people had left...only complaint was later in the evening there was zero social distancing at the bar, not sure who's job it was to inform people but the doorman did nothing about this.

Food was good but as it is advertised as a carvery it should have more selection of meats. I felt it was more like a buffet. On that basis it was quite pricey as the customer cannot go back for more veg etc which is usual at a carvery. The booking slot was 5pm but when we arrived we were informed that they normally stop serving at 5.15pm and I think this should have been made clear at the time of booking. I emailed about a highchair and no one responded to say this was not possible etc. so booking communication needs to be addressed. The staff are very nice and waited for us as we got lost and then couldn't find parking etc. They seem relaxed and didn't stress us.

Visited here after making a booking 5 weeks earlier and putting on form I had a baby attending with us. When arrived was told not space for all of us and was offered to sit outside in the smoking area for staff. Staff came out but shocked to find us there and said no one goes in there and it’s our smoking area normally. We managed a table in the restaurant but people next to us very squished. Went to use baby changing upon leaving, was told they would open the disabled toilet for us. When escorted us told us they had no baby changing table and only option was a fridge left inside the disabled toilets. Food was nice but felt very rushed was informed after being there an hour that table was only hour and half so felt we were rushed out.

It would help if the staff serving the food was not anxious. about not having enough food to serve people and running out of food at the beginning of the lunch, understandable if it was close to the end of lunch. These conversations should not be held in front of the Customer, Professionalism should be up held at all times. Food was nice, would recommend to others.
