As per usual we had fish and chips for 3 people and battered sausage and chips for 1 person. Everybody chose mushy peas. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and drinks and it was great value for money. We'll be back again soon

Love that you arrive, pay and then immediately go up to choose your food from the carvery. We had the turkey and pork, then chocolate fudge cake and the ice cream sundae for dessert, all excellent!

I think it’s a little unfair that if you don’t like all of the meats you only get two slices where as if you had all the meats you get four i think it should be the same amount for everyone

First time visiting staff are all absolutely wonderful very kind smiles on their faces and the food is as unreal! Best carvery ever! Kids had nuggets and chips which they loved! And the puddings were amazing! It was a great value for money i was shocked it didn't cost as much as i was expecting definitely be returning and highly recommend

Food is always lovely. Coffee was forgotten on this occasion and I had to remind them but it was dealt with straight away. Ambience is lovely with fairy lights covering the ceilings and it always feels cosy. Ladies toilets could do with better lighting in a couple of the cubicles but lovely otherwise.

The best carvery I have ever had; the meat is always tender, loads of veg, variation of potatoes and always nice and hot. The pub is decorated with lights on the ceiling and it looks like Christmas every day, which is lovely. Staff are courteous and helpful and its so easy to book on line. Dogs are welcome too which is a bonus. Highly recommended.

This was our first visit for many years. Staff were very welcoming and showed us to a lovely table( Table 1). Ordering was good, two of us had food from the menu and two of us had the carvery. Food was well presented and hot. The carvery was excellent, plenty of choice and well cooked. Desserts were excellent too,great choice, and the Lemon Roulade was fabulous!.
All in all,a great lunch, great staff and great food!. We'll definitely be back.
