Overall, the experience was good. The only recommendation to add is that we ordered sangrias to drink, and every cup had a big a ball of ice and that resulted in an uncomfortable way of drinking them because the ice ball was often splashing outside the cup.

This is, by far, the most authentic Brazilian food I have ever had (anywhere in US), unsurprising as the owners are from Brazil and work hard to cook in that style. Additionally, their steaks are amazing, and they provide the most consistent and perfectly cooked sirloin in the entire region. Their ribeyes are also to notch. This is our go to place.

One of the best meals we've had in a long time. Steaks were perfectly done, bean soup was different and delicious. Salad was fresh and very tasty. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Our server was very helpful with the menu. He was patient in explaining the dishes we were unfamiliar with. Only downside - the menu was a little confusing. We can't wait to go back.

The meal I had at Gaucho's was one of the best meals I have had in a long time! I went there after my graduation, and the experience couldn't have been better. The food was exceptional last evening. The meats were succulent and cooked to perfect medium rare and the cauliflower cheese and chimichurri sauces were tasty.
For service, our water and beer/wine glasses went empty for long periods. The menu is extensive and our server took the time to explain the offering to an adjacent table. We were NOT offered the same explanation.
Separately, we are glad that we returned last night. We had an abysmal experience trying to get a table on VT Parent's Weekend last Sept. Front of house staff were overwhelmed and like many restaurants we understand that Gaucho Grill were short on staff. But it was chaos at check--in and we were treated poorly.
