The Chateau de Bleu restaurant at Blue Hills Regional is a student-run restaurant operated by the students of the BHR culinary department. We are open Monday-Friday from 11-1 for bakery items, prepared foods, and coffee and we serve lunch Tuesday-Friday. We have a catering program and we also can fill bakery orders for events and create custom cakes. Established in 2002 by 3 guys from the same part of Ireland who only met after emigrating to the US, and wanted to bring a taste of Irish hospitality to Malden. The idea was to recreate a traditional Irish pub feel but with a modern edge. A great selection of beers, wines & spirits are offered as well as good pub grub...all at affordable prices. Slainte!
