Our family spans multiple generations of chefs and restauranteurs, specialising in dishes from the Canton and Peking regions of China. These dishes have been honed and refined over the past 5 decades for your enjoyment. The food of Peking (Beijing) and Canton (Guangdong) provinces are considered amongst the eight culinary traditions of Chinese cuisines.
