- Yes! We love meeting new furry friends. Please feel free to bring your happy fur family and they are welcome inside too!

- Yes! We are a reasonably large venue so we find that there is generally a bit of a room for kids to be kids and we love to welcome families. We have board games and a small area for kids to hang out (when COVID restrictions allow).

- The bulk of our menu is gluten free and we also have a range of plant-based options available.

We were warmly welcomed (doggoes & all) to Shelter, even returning the next night for an evening of fun. The host recognised us which lovely :) We had drinks & food both nights.

I had a great night at the recent drag bingo. I was disappointed with the limited food menu. I'm someone who has food intolerance's and there wasn't a lot of choice to cater for that. Venue is fantastic though.

First time at Shelter and will definitely be back! Enjoyed a late Friday arvo Southside Apple Cider and the Aussie steak burger - yum and great value. Friendly staff and lots on offer in the way of live music. Keen to try the brekkie menu. Absolutely recommend.
