Love taps - food & beverage. However my only complaint is I booked a table and specified what table I wanted, when I arrived I didn’t get the table I wanted and got told to sit elsewhere. I had made this reservation a long time in advance so was disappointed.

Main meals were served about one minute after our starters arrived - not ideal! Did not give us time to enjoy our starters as we felt like we needed to start on the mains before they went cold. Also, did not give us enough time to order more drinks as we needed to eat before everything went cold.

We had a large table and everyone had issues with their meals. Either under cooked or over. The chips weren’t cooked enough and the steak was tough and not charred the pork belly was only partly crispy skin. Not one of us enjoyed the meal and or coming back. The staff were a bit short at times as well

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner that evening. I do wish they allowed food to be ordered as an entree, to arrive at the table first before the main meal. If I had to find a negative it would only be the extremely loud noise coming from a band located just outside the restaurant. They made conversation difficult but the restaurant CANNOT be held responsible for that. We have always enjoyed our meals at Tapworks, the food and staff etc are wonderful!!

My two guests ordered pork belly and the crackling wasn’t great. The glasses of sparkling shouldn’t be over $10. I go to Tapworks once a week for dinner because I really enjoy the chicken schnitzel. Perfectly cooked and value for money.

Food was perfect, and restaurant was warm and comfortable. Beer prices were quite pricey, and drink service was a little slow. Ordering was easy, but did experience some glitches adding wine to the app order, which resolved itself. We had a nice night and will return.

We had 3 separate groups (2 couples & one family of 4) at our table put through orders. This included 2 lots of bread which were supposed to be entrees. The bread came out in the middle. One half of one of the couples got his meal about 5 mins before anyone else, then the other couple got their meals, followed by the other half of the first couple. The family got theirs haphazardly at the end, & by the time the last person got theirs, almost half our table had finished their meals. Apart from delivering the meals when they were ready no one approached the table to check everything was going well or to offer us table water. The food was nice but the service disappointing.
