Lovely quaint afternoon tea. Great setting and very cosy, sat by a fire. Food was excellent. Sandwiches fresh, sweet bites great and the scone was delicious. Had the coffee with mine, partner had the leaf tea. Both were delicious. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for having us. Will be back again in the near future.

I went in with my family thinking I’d have tea and a cake. We all ended up with very different choices. My husband had a ploughman’s, my eldest daughter had the big breakfast, my younger daughter had ham, egg and chips and I had the big vegan breakfast, and no I’m no vegan but it sounded delicious. Everyone really enjoyed their choices. The service was great, lovely friendly staff. The food was beautifully presented, fresh and delicious. We managed to share a slice of coffee and walnut too so we didn’t miss out. Would highly recommend !

So lovely. We were early and they found us a table. Very friendly, good Covid practices and all the food was delicious. They were very busy so sometimes it was difficult to get someone's attention but all in all wonderful!

After a two hour hike round the gorge, this was the perfect treat. Staff were friendly and helpful, the classic afternoon tea was delicious with a choice of sandwich fillings, a lovely selection of mini cakes and a large scone with jam and cream. Very refreshing smoothie too. Lovely location and pretty outdoor seating area.
