We had the most relaxing evening there are it was very much like being back at home l. I grew up in Greece, the family-run restaurant was so professional yet homely and welcoming, we will definitely be coming back!
The food was insanely authentic and satisfying. Thank you !

Fabulous meal at Metaxi Mas. George, the owner, is a lovely guy and very friendly. Our food was delicious and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. It’s not a huge place but it’s decorated really well and looks clean and tidy. There were 6 of us and Everyone enjoyed their meals.

We had a wonderful time at Metaxi Mas, we made a reservation for our anniversary and we couldn't have asked for more accommodating and hospitable hosts. Due to an error with the booking system the restaurant was closed when we arrived, however when we spoke to the owners in their adjoining takeaway business they opened the restaurant for us and made sure our night was special.
The food was superb, everything was authentic and fresh and although the menu was limited due to the restaurant closure the dishes we ordered were prepared quickly and to an excellent standard. Our host even gave us an impromptu live serenade of traditional Greek and Cypriot songs for our anniversary.
We will definitely be returning to Metaxi Mas in the future and will be recommending them to our friends and family for a wonderful evening.

I thought it was quite expensive for what we ate-the main portions of calamari were small and the vegetarian platter was just a cheese
And no roast vegetables like the menu said. That said the service and ambience was lovely and we’ll go back and order something different.
