Everything about the venue, the staff, the location, the ambience and friendliness is great and scores a 10. I am a regular visitor but was disappointed by the food and drink yesterday compared with previous visits. I had the GFO Vegan brunch and it's gone downhill masses since I started coming to you. I only visit every few months so it's easier to see the change. The Vegan sausage wasn't nice and it was cold inside plus the rest had varying temperatures mostly in the cold direction. The blackened Cabbage used to be a veritable triumph but now - a sorry damp pile that I tasted and decided against. Also, I felt the tea situation has gone downhill and as a tea drinker, I was disappointed with no teapot. You expect that at a train station but I think you can do better on that. There's definitely room for improvement. This is constructive criticism because if someone doesn't say, you'll never know. Yesterday, I questioned returning on the strength of the food quality. The Front of House staff are lovely though and faultless.

Lovely food with great service and friendly staff in a relaxed venue. The only thing I'd mention is that the black pudding tasted like it might have been cooked in oil that was a little bit old or could have done with changing. I would absolutely recommend people come here.

Wobbly table was our biggest woe. I was daunted by how much spinach there was on the brunch. When we wanted the bill, our waiter was distracted and we had to ask someone else to bring it to us.
