The Red Tile Inn has been owned by Mac and Rachel McKenzie since July 2015, we are a family run pub serving Real Ales and fine Wines. We welcome dogs of all sizes. We have a skittle alley free to use by all our customers when its not in use by our thriving Skittle league. The Inn was opened in 1861 and named The Cossington Inn, it changed to The Red Tile in 2001.
Came down for a few days of downtime for myself, im always one to feel awkward eating or being by myself somewhere new. I was made to feel so welcome I have returned twice and I'm going again tomorrow. The food is amazing! Good drink prices and Mac and Rachel are such welcoming people! Would recommend here to anyone! I've already told people they must come and try here. Massive high five to them!!
We had a wonderful Sunday lunch and the service was first class.with nice home cooking.
It's our local pub. We're very glad they are doing Sunday lunches again. The meal was lovely.
Excellent service. Attentive, warm and friendly, great welcome. Food was superb, even better than it looked which is saying something. Would highly recommend this hidden gem. Can’t wait for my next visit 10/10
All very good - names / numbers taken on entering, sanitiser everywhere and one way system all very clear. Food really good.
