Can’t complain, knew what I signed up for and enjoyed all of it. Food was good, staff was friendly. Overall, would come back again. Wasn’t cheap but if you want cheap, you’d better go to a McDonalds (and even that isn’t cheap nowadays).

Top ervaring en héél lekker eten. We zijn met onze kinderen geweest (lagere school en begin middelbaar), ook zij vonden het heel leuk en lekker. Service was ook top! Vriendelijk en goede uitleg.

The crew were attentive and friendly. The food tastes great. Also the drinks. The pricing of the food (menu for 2) is a little bit high for the amount of meat that you get. A little decoration in the restaurant would be nice to make it more lively (as they used a dark paint on the wall).

It was our first Korean bbq experience, but the staff was very helpful in guiding our experience since we didn’t know the correct customs and also had some wonderful recommendations. Additionally, the food was really delicious so we will certainly be coming back soon!

Lovely food and atmosphere. It was our first time trying Korean BBQ and we didn’t get any info about the food that was served on the table. A bit more info about the concept of a Korean BBQ, how it kind of works could be a nice addition. A waiter could give this info or you could add a little information page to the menu. Personal experiences of the owner/chef are also fun to know. This way people not only taste Korean food but also learn something about the Korean culture

What a find, the only Korean BBQ that uses charcoal in Belgium. Great food, a little pricy and the service is on the slow side - they look to need more staff than they have. That said, I'll be back, it was that good.

Really fun and good experience. Sometimes it was hard to call a server since it was busy, so maybe it's a good idea to invest in a call server system from your table. But overall very satisfied and definetly going back someday.

A bit expensive for the amount of food, but quite delicious and good quality. The service was good, but seemed a bit inexperienced. (For example we were only told that the table had hidden drawers with extra utensils once we flagged them down about cutlery after our food was served.) The location is very nice and spacious. I would give several more points on service, were it not for the fact that our small group was given the typical silly lie that splitting bills is "not possible". I know that this excuse is rather rampant in Flanders, but this doesn't change the fact that it is a ridiculous inconvenience towards the costumer that is in no way proportional to the few cents saved on transaction costs.

We waren met 6 personen maar kregen maar evenveel aan hoeveelheid side dishes als 2 personen (3 stukken paddestoel, 4 blaadjes sla, te kleine hoeveelheid mais, 2 stukjes paprika,..). Bij beef bulgogi vond ik de kwaliteit van het vlees tegenvallen.

Het eten en drinken was enorm lekker! Alles was goed gekruid en de kimchie was overheerlijk. Wij hadden de menu voor 3 personen genomen (met 3) en we hebben dit niet opgekregen. De bijgerechten komen wel in kleine potjes. De personen die er werken zijn erg vriendelijk, er speelt K-pop muziek,... Wij gaan sowieso terug, dit is een echte aanrader!

Great that they're using charcoal, big plus for that. The food is pretty good and service was friendly, but a bit slow due to understaffing. The beef mandu were tasty and the dipping sauce perfectly spicy with acidity. The different side dishes for the bbq were overall good. The bulgogi marinade was great but the beef had a few unchewable parts. Pork belly was nice but the skin side could've have been trimmed even more. The rice however wasn't good, too dry and not cooked well. There were a few other smaller issues, but overall nice experience and I hope they succeed.

The asian male waiter can smile more and look more interested in his job ;) he looked chill though. Also loved how he sometimes whistled to songs that were playing in the restaurant. But yeah a smile can do a lot! The other female waiters were kind and all smiley :) food was super delicious, but the portions of the side dishes can be just a bit bigger. Though I understand you have to make profits, so you decide what you should do based on the profits. Love the interior. Overall delicious food and love the look of the coal! Looks Instagram worthy, good marketing ;) maybe place a Client stopper in the front of the alleyway, so new people know about this coal Korean bbq. The korean bbq in Tiensestraat has many visits every day because they are located conveniently. So make your location convenient as well! By using a client stopper for example ;) good luck!

The servers were all very friendly, so that’s the biggest plus! She helped us through all the sides and special drinks menu, and she was very accomodating and smiling. We liked the concept & of course the food itself. It was nice to discover the Korean cuisine for the first time. The only minor things we would suggest is maybe a little bit more air conditioning/fans. When we were there with only two other tables it already got very hot inside with the bbq’s. And also, to ask after the meal if we’d like a dessert. As we were the last ones there we thought it wasn’t an option anymore.. I hope next time we come bbq’ing, we can choose our favorite sides and maybe leave out the ones we didn’t like so much, and not have to do all the minis again. I think that was a great way to get to know all the options when it’s the first visit, but afterwards you’re gonna end up with a lot of waste I think. Over all we’re of course coming back! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Leuke plaats om kennis te maken met Korean BBQ. Vriendelijke bediening, maar weinig uitleg (het was onze 1e x). Cocktail van het huis was lekker. Vlees was ruim voldoende, side dishes mochten wat uitgebreider. Er waren veel zaken licht tot zeer pikant.

In a shabby back alley you will find Oh, my kimchi! For us, the first experience of Korean bbq at the table. The food (the meat) was very tasty. Kimchi, the sour, fermented vegetables, didn't really turn out to be our thing. The service is very nice, but also very lax. Once you get your food, they don't look back at you. You really have to start calling at the service to get their attention. After we finished, we wanted coffee and dessert, but we were just not able to order. We were completely ignored. Finally, after about 15 minutes of waiting, we just walked to the till to pay. If we were not allowed to order, then let's not! Really very bad. :-(

The food was mediocre. I had kimchi, japchae en korean pancakes. I missed the crusty rice in the hotpot. The pancakes were not crusty enough on the outside and a bit burned. It was good enough.
