There was no fried food being served because of the humidity. I wish we had known that beforehand, we may have taken our birthday dinner elsewhere.
A couple were being very Sexually inappropriate In the pool and there were young kids there and older adults. They were not asked to leave. The guests had to comment to get them to stop.
Will probably not return this summer.

On Saturday we went to the tiki bar and paid for our purchase of $75 with a credit card. The tip was added in cash in the amount of $15. When we checked our receipts and bank statement, $10 had been Added to the credit card bill and the amount charged was $85. This additional $10 was not authorized. We messaged the tiki bar that night and have not yet heard received a written response from them on this matter. We went directly to Tiki bar yesterday (Sunday) afternoon and stated that $10 had been added to the credit card bill without our ok. The waitress immediately took $10 out of the cash register and gave it to us without question. It makes us think this was done on purpose with the hopes that it would not be detected or questioned. In the past The bill was “added wrong” by the waitress and was $10 more than it should’ve been. Another visit to their sister tiki bar resulted in a double charge that I had to address with my bank. This brings up some concerns about how this restaurant charges its customers.

We got there... and left immediately. The server was maskless, looked at us rudely in our masks, and she and 4 other people walked past us maskless to have a close little smoking group party of 5. There is no way in the world I would eat anywhere that let's staff and patrons behave so rudely and irresponsibly during this pandemic. It also just looked really rundown and that added to our concerns about cleanliness during the pandemic.

We love boating over to the Tiki Bar, especially when we have company. We’ve tried everything on the menu, and have never had anything that wasn’t delicious. Yesterday we had a reservation for our family and we were surprised to see some friends who came up from Burlington by car. Always fun!

The crew working was very confused as to whether or not our food was being cooked or did we need to change order because the kitchen ran out bottled gas. 45 minutes to get our food seemed a little long. Great place but.

We made a reservation and they had us confused with another reservation so there was a wait and confusion about where to put us. The staff was great once we figured out the confusion trying to make us comfortable. Relaxed atmosphere, good live music and drinks were tasty. This trip no food but on previous trip we had the fish and chips. Its a large serving of white fish but no flavor. It wasn't that it tasted bad, just it wasn't really good. Next we are trying their burgers.

Annoyed the original greeter was not very friendly. Two reservations under the SAME NAME were not put together. In a very unfriendly manner the greeter said it wasn’t their fault because the reservation did not have a note to put the tables close to each other.
The person who MADE this experience positive was our waitress. She is a nurse, showed that she cared and was very friendly! She had reddish/brown hair, shoulder length hair. She made our experience EXCELLENT!

These are still weird times for all of us! The only thing we didn’t love was the 1 hour time limit to get in and get out. I do understand, though, that you need to get as many people as possible in and out to try to maximize the few tables you’re allowed to use. We just felt rushed, and you just shouldn’t feel rushed at a tiki bar! But, we really do understand and will be back many times!! Thanks

Beautiful spot on the water and very comfortable, socially-distant, outdoor dining.
Service was friendly. Make a reservation on the early side to avoid a crowd and get a water view. Fish and chips and fried scallops were excellent.

My husbands burger came out with a hair on it. It appeared to be a slow day so it wasn’t worth causing upset. I wasn’t a fan of the coleslaw and he didn’t care for his potato salad but otherwise the rest of our meal was great. Not sure if we will return.

Our waitress was very nice and the food was great. However, we were seated outside which was fine but I had to ask a guy behind the bar for a cloth to wipe our chairs as they were dirty and had leaves and dirt on them and then our table collapsed on us. No one got hurt so it was fine. Again GREAT WAITRESS
