Lovely brunch with friends. Only thing not quite right was pot of tea. It was so weak and didn't taste like English breakfast tea. Either more tealeaves or less water required in the pot. Everything else was as good as ever . Thank you

The staff were all lovely. It was very busy yet no one treated us like an inconvenience which can happen in busy periods in other places. The place was clean and looked great. The food was absolutely delicious with wonderful presentation and good portions. My friend and I have decided to go once a month and work our way through the menu.

The restaurant was very pleasant but we were sat next to the card printer, and every time there was a transaction, the machine squawked loudly and the spewed out paper printouts right next to the face/head of one of our party. You may want to think about relocating the card printer to avoid this happening

The staffs are very friendly and good service. There is no parking space at the cafe and we had difficulty to find a parking space nearby. The staff advised us some alternative parking spaces nearby and finally we could park the car and enjoy our brunch. The food was really delicious. Especially the french toast, I would highly recommend it to everyone. I will definitely come back and recommend this cafe to my friends and family : )

I love coming to the Station House. It's one of my favourite cafes. The only thing I would like to see is a greater choice of bread. I find the sourdough difficult to cut and chew, and I know from friends that this is true for other (older!) customers. A slightly softer option would be great. Otherwise I have nothing but praise. I met an ex colleague for lunch - she is vegan, I am vegetarian. We both found a great selection of suitable food that was presented beautifully and tasted even better than it looked. We enjoyed a wonderful brunch at The Station House. It was warm and cosy - just what was needed on such a wet and cold day. My friend and I agreed that the cheese scones were the best we had tasted for a long, long time - light, fluffy and very, very cheesy! The coffee was so good we had two cups and even Coco, our chocolate lab, was warmly welcomed and given treats. Thank you so much, we will be back :-)

We had a wonderful time. Food was fab, best coconut milk mochas Ive ever had, and most of the staff were so lovely. One member of staff however was the only negative we encountered. She came across as quite rude on a number of interactions, and spoke about her own health issues quite loudly with who we assumed were regulars so maybe she has a rapport with them, but she spoke so loudly it cut our conversation off, and wasnt something we felt is appropriate to share in that environment.

Gorgeous little cafe with lovely staff and delicious food. A great place for lunch or brunch. The coffee and cakes are particularly yummy. I would've preferred not to have music playing. I am a little hard of hearing and found listening to my friend a bit difficult. This wouldn't put me off going again and the music was not so intrusive that I felt I should mention at the time.

It was our first time visiting your Cafe. A nice looking building and a buzzing patio was our first impressions (well done!). Promptly greeted at the door we were escorted to our nice "table for 3" by the window (inside) with my name written on a tile. (Great touch). Menus arrived quickly, and drinks order taken quite fast; but we had to wait for our coffees quite a bit. Possibly due the amount of Smoothies the bar staffs were making at the time. Or perhaps because I have asked for a "filter coffee" that possibility was not ready - Not sure! At one point, after waiting for some 10 minutes, we heard one of the Baristas shouting to one waiter: "10 minutes for drinks", which make us think we were going to have to wait another 10min or so. But luckily we did NOT. I guess we have waited in total 13-15min max, but at least the 2 americanos and my filter coffee arrived hot (not warm) which was a big relief to us. To be honest, we are all a bit picky about the quality of the coffee we drink, and I have to admit that you guys are doing justice to the coffee beans you use (possibly doing a far better job than HN themselves). We will certainly be coming back, because of the quality of the food, good variety of dishes on the menu, service, and quality of the coffee served. Next time we will be there earlier to try to avoid the 10:30 -11am period. All the best and very well done!

We loved the concept of this converted station house as a cafe specialising in brunch. The connections with public transport made us realise there were many ways in which we could return and fit it in with a day out. We thought the food was very good - the shakshuka was excellent, I had the modern breakfast which was lovely, but I think I would have preferred sourdough toast rather than the waffle. The waffle was really well made but I think I would prefer it with sweet ingredients. Our daughter had the traditional cooked breakfast which she enjoyed but the black pudding was a little overcooked. This is really nit-picking but I hope is useful feedback because we really enjoyed ourselves and had very friendly service throughout. We will definitely come back.

Had a really lovely lunch with my friend this week. I reserved a table as it gets so busy, and was given a lovely table in the window.
There was a group of mums and small children that arrived whilst we were there, and they really tested the staff for a while, moving tables so they were all together. The owner and rest of staff were extremely good with this table despite them being very demanding, hats off to them for being so patient!

Really nice food and lovely staff. Only slight downside was slightly slow service to get the bill as it got a bit busy.
