My friend and I really enjoyed our experience at Urban Fresh in Ely. Our male waiter was phenomenal! I really enjoyed my food; however, my friend sent her steak back due to its toughest. Our waiter was very understanding and offered other options. It was again, an amazing experience and I will return soon!

Our first time to Urban Fresh and we had a great time, sat outside as it was a sunny afternoon. The food was delicious so much so that we could not decide what to have, we ended up going for the Wagu burger and the paella and both were delicious. It was my birthday so i indulged in a cocktail and a slice of the apple and cinammon cake with vanilla ice cream which was to die for. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Warm, friendly reception on arrival. we were not rushed into deciding our menu choices and our waitress was very knowledgeable regarding menu ingredients. The food arrived and was still hot and full of flavour. We thoroughly enjoyed it, so much so, we somehow made room for a pud! Absolutely delicious food, gorgeous drinks. We’ve had dinner and lunch here now, and both times the food and drinks were just exquisite. The setting is wonderful and sitting outside in a sunny day looking across the river just completes the experience. Wonderful friendly service only adds to the fabulous experience. I've had dinner at Urban Fresh twice now and both times were fantastic. The service team all work together, are happy to answer questions, and make you feel welcome without too much attention. Food is delicious and presented beautifully... enjoyed starter, main and dessert. The higher price point is well worth it for the great dining experience. I highly recommend the scallops starter. Steaks are cooked exactly as requested with beautiful grill flavor and the Moqueca was full of flavor! The caramel filled churros are the perfect sweet ending.

Food was excellent service impeccable and location perfect. A treat to try South American food. We will definitely eat here on a regular basis whenever we are in Ely. Can't wait till next time
