A delightful venue with a very good South American menu served brightly and attentively by some charming staff. The food was made with excellent ingredients, the best steak, chicken etc and cooked with great care to keep it fresh tasting. The drinks menu was also of good choice and the wines from Argentina were well picked. Totally recommend a visit to this riverside restaurant.

Lovely food, friendly service. As a vegan I was pleased to see a good selection of vegan options on the menu. Will definitely book again. My one gripe would be that the wine list wasn't marked with vegan/vegetarian symbols. Lots of restaurants forget that we do drink as well as eat! Could that be amended?

I've rated 10 cross the board because it was genuinely worth the money and time. The menu is diverse and well presented and it is such a pleasure to veer away from the standard fare offered by restaurants. I am not saying that a good roast and veg is not without its merits, but to have the diversity and excellent service to top it all off was a breath of fresh air. Well done to Daisy who was our server. We will be back!

Higher end prices but good quality. I would like to see no extra charge for a steak sauce. I know it’s probably the norm but I don’t like paying another £3 on top of the price of a steak. The amount of sauce is very generous maybe to a smaller portion for ‘free’ or half the price as a compromise?

Lovely meal, absolutely delicious food. I got brought a regular mojito when I ordered a virgin mojito, it didn't ruin our experience at all as I double checked but really not good for people who can't drink alcohol so just be careful! Tiny notes on food would be that the chocolate ice cream with chocolate brownie was quite a lot of chocolate and would be good to have vanilla ice cream. I also thought the paneer lost some flavour being deep fried. I came here from the food truck at the Eel festival and the paneer was so yum at the food truck. But on the whole we absolutely loved the food and really nice atmosphere. It feels like a nice hidden gem being a bit out of the way.

Our first time to Urban Fresh and we had a great time, sat outside as it was a sunny afternoon. The food was delicious so much so that we could not decide what to have, we ended up going for the Wagu burger and the paella and both were delicious. It was my birthday so i indulged in a cocktail and a slice of the apple and cinammon cake with vanilla ice cream which was to die for. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Wonderful lunch in the sunshine, although we booked a table and had requested the window table which was honoured, it was no problem to move outdoors. Delicious salads, great staff, I can’t think of a better place to be on a sunny Wednesday lunchtime!

Warm, friendly reception on arrival. we were not rushed into deciding our menu choices and our waitress was very knowledgeable regarding menu ingredients. The food arrived and was still hot and full of flavour. We thoroughly enjoyed it, so much so, we somehow made room for a pud! We will definitely go again and make sure that Urban Fresh is one of our favourite restaurants in Ely.
