Sitting outside was very noisy at times. Service was generally good, but we had to ask 2 or 3 times before a bottle of tap water was brought to us. Food quality was average. I ordered the Squid Ink Linguini Vongole and it was not what I expected. The tomato-based sauce was too heavy, so much so that I could hardly taste the vongole. Apologies for the negative feedback, but that was our experience.

we were told to hurry from our seats with 20 minutes remaining in our booking because the next party had arrived. That was totally unfair. The gluten free pizza bases were also quite unpalatable, thick and not enough topping to make them edible unfortunately. I do not think ill be back soon.

The venue was a bit loud, but it didn't make it super hard to hear the people at my table. Great experience overall. However, I made a reservation online and the $40 deposit was not credited on my bill, and it hasn't been refunded to my bank account - the booking was on Saturday 20th November, and it's now the night of Monday 22nd November.

Always love the food and friendly prompt service. We were seated indoors and it was extremely noisy. We both had a headache when we left. Perhaps inserting an option when making a booking on your website for indoors or outdoors seating as a preference would help.

Everyone enjoyed the meal until plastic shards were found in one of the pizzas. One of our group may have invested some. We advised the staff who were most apologetic but were aware this had happened before, they deducted the cost of the pizza from the bill. With hindsight more should have been done to compensate us as this was/is a serious health and safety breach. Simon

I always get a great feed here and the wait staff are so friendly, cheerful and helpful which creates such a pleasant dining experience. The place was extremely busy for a pre-theatre dinner which meant it was noisy which may have detracted slightly from having quiet conversations at the table but the excellent food did make up for that. Can't wait to return for the Chef's special risotto again.

The food was amazing!! We booked for a late table, but had to wait until we were able to get our spot. It wasn’t too long. We weren’t rushed, the staff gave us time to review the menu and we eventually caught their eye. Food and wine are very reasonably priced. The pesto and Parmesan pizza bread was amazing!! As a group it was disappointing not to be able to split the bill. We intended to just divide the bill, not check through each item. I can’t understand why something so simple isn’t an option.

I ordered eggplant parmigiana, which was very small and, in my view, overpriced. Maybe you could have a larger size eggplant parmigiana or a vegetarian lasagne in the 'mains' section.

We were 30 mins early to our reservation and ask to be sitted early, but was told that our table were not ready as the other party has not finished. We were ask to wait which was fine but there was plenty of vacant tables for two which they could easily gave to us. While the walk in guesses was shown straight to the vacant table. We question another waiter and he quickly offer us a table immediately, kudus to him. Maybe for next time the waiting staff should be a bit more flexible and be less restricted. Over all the food and venue were good.

One thing was disappointing. I asked for a plain pasta was oil and cheese for my 5 year old. He was feeling a little over eating out (we were visiting Canberra).
We were given plain pasta. No olive oil or cheese. 5 year old wouldn’t eat it and we were charged $24! For absolutely plain boiled pasta. For context - there was aglio e olio for $22 and seafood pasta for $28.

Had an early pre theatre dinner. Pretty easy atmosphere, quick service and yummy large sized pasta dishes (enough to take home) fair pricing. Staff appeared to be overwhelmed at times with many people arriving without a reservation. As it was very cold and bit wet outside dining was not available. Overall good experience.

Restaurant was frantic when we got there, but staff apparently knew what was going on. Only had to wait 5 minutes for a table. Service was efficient, food was good value & delicious. Not fine dining but good value cheap & cheerful.
