Very friendly service and great food. Ruggie’s is a well run restaurant. In addition to serving the tables inside they do a brisk ‘to go’ business. We noticed a lot of customers calling in orders from outside the front door !

Haven't come all summer, thanks to the stupid pandemic. It was great to return to the wonderful, and safe, Ruggie's. As always , the food was excellent. My favorite- chicken and waffles. Only place I've found up North, for this dish. Mike loved the omelet.

Making a reservation, in the times of COVID, was very helpful. The website was clear and precise of what to do throughout the process. We arrived and our table was assigned to us immediately. I did feel that one more server would have been helpful to the two people who were running straight out. The phone was ringing with takeout orders and there were orders coming out of the kitchen every few minutes, which they had to prepare to be picked up. The service we received was great and the food was wonderful. I would definitely eat there again.

The service was outstanding. One young woman handling all of the tables and busy take out/telephone business. She was great. The food was mediocre. I had an onion/tomato and cheese omelette with raw tomatoes and undercooked onions. I’d go back again to support them but the kitchen needs to improve.

We love Ruggie’s! The food was awesome and the dividers between tables were great. Only complaint is that the rules on the website weren’t completely enforced. While we were in the restaurant a bunch of people came in without masks and it made us feel unsafe. So if the rules can be more enforced that would make it perfect.
