Thé food and service were excellent but despite you confirming the booking, they had no reservation for us from you. We would definately go to the restaurant but would not book via yourselves again

Very cosy. Excellent food. Great selection of wines. I wanted a fresh starter but was told the salad is a large table portion. So I had the asparagus starter which ended up being very rich. I then could not enjoy the venison risotto i had already ordered. I suggest you have a salad option as a starter. Otherwise no complaints.

After a mixup with our booking time, the owner very kindly fitted us in despite being fully booked. The restaurant is in an old house and is well laid out with a nice ambience. Service was good, with an excellent wine list on offer. My wife enjoyed her food but would have preferrred the asparagus served warm/hot rather than as a cold dish. My starter salmon ceviche with lime and maize was absolutely delicious and I also thoroughly enjoyed the steamed mussels. Good to see they are making an effort to use local sustainable food. Overall a great experience

Waitress had a little bit of an attitude which we didnt enjoy and that is not the 1st time we have noticed it when eating there, otherwise everything else good thank you
