My husband and I booked a wine-tasting and lunch. Barry did the tasting himself so we had the 'best of the best' explaining the wines to us. That was a great experience. During the tasting we saw someone order the lasagne. It is not something I have ever ordered at a restaurant. I mean lasagne is lasagne and I like to try something a bit different when i go out for a meal; but when Barry said it was home-made pasta, I thought I would try it. Not only was the pasta made from scratch but the meat was beef brisket; it is so much more tastier than mince. I have never eaten a pasta dish that tasted this good. Flip, it was just lasagne. But this lasagne was different and I am eager to try his other 'dishes of the day' in the future. It was sensational. Thanks Barry!
