Waitress was inattentive. Did not check back with us. Had one drink when we first arrived, ate our meal without a second drink. Did not see waitress to flag her down either. Burger and food was great. Live music too! Maybe next time we will sit at the bar to avoid any service issues.

The salmon dish was over cooked . The butternut squash ravioli sauce tasted more like syrup than sauce so was more like a dessert than an entree. The service was excellent .

Brought my colleague who was visiting from Colorado to Rossi's for dinner and their trivia night. We had a great time! The service was wonderful, very attentive. The food was delicious and the game hosted by Quizzoholics was so much fun! I plan to come back for another Trivia Tuesday event real soon!!

We came to Rossi's for a staff outing. Our tables were ready when we arrived. The staff was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious and we didn't have to wait long for our orders. We will definitely be coming back.

The burgers are always good! We were a large party of 13 so there was some confusion on the burger orders. We were in the side room and it was pretty tight. We felt disconnected from the rest of the main restaurant area which was almost completely empty. Would have preferred to sit there but was told 2 other large parties were coming in. Well it was still empty when we left at 8:45!! Service was good and our waitress was friendly. However we were charged for a “to go” pizza that we didn’t order. I realized this the next morning. We will be calling.

The burgers were excellent tasting and cooked as ordered. The sweet potato fries were not crispy and some were downright soggy. Our table location was less desirable bc it sat in close proximity to the entrance of the kitchen. It was a bit noisy. The food experience was very good though! Will return.

We loved sitting outside and enjoying the music of the Meg Hanson Group. The service left a little to be desired. Our waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed. I waited a very long time for my Margherita after the rest of my table had been served their drinks. Saw many other trays of drinks come out in the meantime. And again, when I later ordered a Coors Lite, it took a long time. Maybe the bar was overwhelmed as well.

The server spilled an entire carafe of marinara on my wife’s phone and we later saw it splattered her shoes as well , she yelled “shit” in front of my little kids ( i get it but STILL) and i had to ask for it to be removed from our bill - no sorry - and she didn’t even remove the entire entree she just discounted it mostly. My wife has to buy another phone case. All apps should’ve been removed I shouldn’t have had to ask and there should’ve been at least one sorry. It was totally weird and I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years.

The food was good but we spent 75 and the waiter rob could be bothered to give us an updated receipt that showed the 20 % tip going on, I asked for a print out and he gave me the same original one twice, his mind wasn't on his job
