Advance reservations required. The White Rose Manor is a Bed & Breakfast/private home where experiences abound throughout the year and with the back grounds opening for tea time reservations May 1st through October 31st, Monday through Friday. Our last garden seating starts at 4pm so you can enjoy your time until the gardens close at 5:00pm. Advance reservations and purchase ($16 minimum) are required for open days. Menu Options:
Sit & Sip $16/person (individual pot of one of our select teas), Tea & Scones $22/person, or a Charcuter-Tea Cup with Tea Service $28/person (serves one).

Experiences:
Book a Tea Flight Tasting Experience on Tuesdays and Thursdays (or by special arrangement) year-round. Maximum for tea tasting is two persons.

Book your Hands-on Scones Making Experience on Mondays and Fridays (or by special arrangement) year-round. Maximum for scones making is three persons.

Create-Your-Own Charcuter-tea Cup Experience on Wednesdays (or by special arrangement) year-round. Maximum for create-your-own is two persons.

Frequently Asked Questions
Initally, all requests are submitted as Waitlist. When we can confirm your date and time, we will email a confirmation, often in the same day. The email may ask if you can adjust your arrival time. As a small Bed & Breakfast, we stagger guest arrivals to ensure the best possible service. If it is a normal business day (M-F 11-4:30) during our open season and you cannot seem to find a time to book, please give us a call at 1.704.735.6161 (landline and WhatsApp).
Unfortunately, no. As a private home and a licensed Bed & Breakfast, we have rules we must follow. To keep us in compliance, even our own family does not bring their ESA fur babies when visiting.
All visitors must have a scheduled appointment (free). We respect our guests' privacy and alert them when others will be present. Though private and slightly secluded, part of our driveway is shared. No unregistered vehicles are permitted past the yellow driveway chains whether extended or not. Thank you so much!

The White Rose Manor is a no pet, no tobacco, no vaping/smoking property. This includes the parking areas, grounds, and buildings.
Tea purchases are available year-round; however, tea service is reserved for Garden Season unless you are a Ladies of the Rose member or book a private event. The grounds are quite enjoyable with the colours of spring, summer, and fall. As a service during COVID, the gardens were opened free-of-charge for visitors to have a place to go when so many areas were closed to the public. It was something we could do to help is some small way. We now continue with seasonal tea service.
