We loved the food. Service was great. The only thing that marred our experience was the other diners. We realise it is not a 'fine dining' establishment so can't expect anything else, and it's certainly not the fault of the management. It is an unfortunate fact in society these days that standards of dress, behavior, and language have all deteriorated.

No reception, people paying and new customers had to share the same line which made for confusion and lack of a welcome. Because of different format, and no direction, initially confused and although reserved, not a clue where to sit. Eventually, all was revealed, after a session of self help, and whose meal was whose ? More CLEAR signage and reception would definitely help for first timers.

Food was burnt first round out me off I’ve also had a gastric bypass do not able to eat much at all but the experience was good also it’s super hard to tell what the fruits section was as no labels and the sauces don’t have much flavour to them very watered down we have been couple years ago and was much better then to this time was a bit disappointing

I have been here a number of times and have previously loved the atmosphere especially on birthdays when the staff on the hot plate get involved celebrating when the music comes on. This was not the case on Friday. Also the whole night ended on a down as we all said our last plates of food all tasted burnt with half the table not finishing the final plates because of it . Shame as it had been so good in the past which is why I wanted to celebrate my birthday here … makes it hard to want to come back when burnt food is the bit everyone talks about now :/

Always love your restaurant and food but I never received my Gold card discount for my husband and I and did not realise til I got home. A little disappointed but still enjoyed our evening, despite the fire alerts. Well done to the staff to try and get things back on track after the evacuation.
