Noosa Bistro originally opened as Red Back Jack's in 1994 in Cleveland's Warehouse District. Red Back Jack's moved to Mentor, Ohio in 1997, and rebranded to Noosa Bistro in 2002. Noosa is a resort town in Queensland, Australia, and reflects the owner Rob Stanovsek's Australian heritage, while providing a taste of coastal paradise to Northeast Ohio. Noosa Bistro quickly became an instant staple for upscale-casual dining for locals and visitors alike, and built a dedicated following.

Owners Rob and Susan Stanovsek served loyally to the Northeast Ohio public at this location for twenty years, before excitedly choosing to relocate to the Diamond Center in Mentor. This move marked a shift in greater accessibility and affordability, while still maintaining Noosa Bistro's inherent and expected culinary quality and exceptional service.

I was there Saturday evening. Our waitress Chris (I think that’s her name). She was wonderful. Awesome service. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Very generous serving! Just a suggestion: when you ask Online if it’s a special occasion, and someone tells you, it’s their birthday, it might be nice if you brought a dish of ice cream or a piece of cake or some small dessert on the house. we will definitely be back!! We weren’t rushed. It was a great evening.

The young woman who waited our table made our time together as pleasant as it could have been. Hint, hint: She deserves a raise! She actually smiled a lot, conversed & laughed w/us. Our Boomer Generation doesn't see this too often anymore. A shame. Please do whatever you can to keep this woman on your staff. Beverages were excellent, but very slow arriving @ the table. Food? The only struggle we had was getting into the restaurant while the concrete was torn up out front. Poor planning for the parking lot repair!

Unfortunately we will not be back. The fact that you charged us more money to use a credit card is not acceptable. Your prices have always reflected your costs and profit expectations, which have included credit card transaction fees. Why don’t you offer a discount to customers paying cash versus a fee for paying with a credit card? Do you think it is fair that I reduced the amount of a the tip to offset the credit card fee?

We had a wonderful waitress- Kelly. She was very pleasant and gave us the time to choose our entrees/appetizers/drinks. Food was delicious as well as the cocktails. Will be back soon.

It was very simple and easy to make a reservation on-line. The food selections available was very good. We decided to do only appetizers and everything that we tried was excellent. The wine that was recommended proved to be outstanding. Service was great. This restaurant is a little expensive, but we were celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary and wanted to eat somewhere nice. This proved to be the right place.

Wonderful evening at Noosa. Restaurant was very accommodative of our party of 9. All of the food was amazing but lowered rating bc prime rib was tough. Wait staff excellent and everyone enjoyed the evening. Pricing is reasonable

Server was excellent. She actually waited. Food was great, too. It seemed that the pricing was a bit high, but with todays inflated cost of everything and coming out of a two year pandemic maybe it was justified. Our group of four enjoyed the dinners. Good menu.
