My husband and I stayed 5 nights in the Radisson in Letterkenny. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable and was cleaned daily. Majella at the reception desk provided us with a guide to Donegal County which she had prepared. We used this throughout our stay. We had breakfast in the hotel each morning and the buffet was exceptional with a large variety of hot and cold food. On the first day I asked for a table near to the buffet as I have an injury to my left leg. The member of staff, Caroline remembered this and organised a suitable table for me every morning. It was these actions by individual staff members made our stay more enjoyable. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Excellent 2night stay in your hotel, wonderful reception, greeted by Natalia who was a pure pleasure to meet, she made us feel so welcome, wonderful large room, bed extremely comfortable. It would be very helpful if you had luggage racks in bedrooms , as stooping to get clothes out of suitcases is not very helpful especially for us older people , also toilet brushes should be in bathrooms & when household come to make your room up it would be nice for them to dress bed properly & not just leave pillows as they were when leaving the room & just a quick pull up of duvet !! Overall wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your hotel

Had a really great experience the food was so good we never left the hotel to eat, ate in it both nights we were there. Staff were so friendly in every area of the and always willing to help and seemed so happy at their work. Used the swimming pool both days and again all was great there too and so handy from the room we were staying in. I only had breakfast both mornings. Although everything was very nice, my biggest problem is the surplus of salt on all hot food. I cannot believe with so many health warnings attached to salt, that you do not keep it to a minimum. I have high blood pressure which means I am supposed to avoid salt where possible. I did eventually ask for the scrambled egg to be made without salt, which was no problem to the staff. However, even the very mushrooms were saturated in salt.
It would be imperative, in my opinion, that you lessen the salt on all your cooking - given as I said before, all the health issues attached to salt in general, let alone, overload.

We chose the Radisson Blue, Letterkenny as we were attending a family funeral and the central location suited us well.
Our room was spacious and comfortable and had a trouser press, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, and ample power points, as well as points for charging your phone/lap top and an internet point too. A bonus for us was the use of an in-room safe, something which is lacking in a lot of hotels.
The array of food at the breakfast buffet was fantastic and delicious, as was the food in the Mulberry Restaurant.
COVID 19 arrangements at the hotel are first class, and every table in the breakfast and dining rooms has a hand-sanitiser for your use. Everyone is required to wear a face mask when moving about the hotel.
Would certainly recommend this hotel without a doubt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, beautiful hotel, spotless room, comfortable beds, bar food was amazing, all the young staff so friendly, reception staff could do with do with little more training on customer service, never asked if we enjoyed our stay, she was talking to another lady and just took and keys and said goodbye, did not take away from our lovely weekend, (my 50th) can't wait to try more Raddison hotels if they are as nice as the Donegal one.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good. Dinner on one night was OK- nothing special so we ate out for the other nights. Maintenance problem resolved very quickly. Covid restrictions impacted on ambience but we did have a good stay.
