Pedigree Corner is a family run business on the outskirts of Ballylynan, Co. Laois, just off the N78.
We have recently opened our brand new bistro under award winning chef Sorin Olinici & his team and have had fantastic feedback with top class reviews..

We make all our own breads and doughs onsite and have installed a new pizza area with everything made from scratch. Our chef's speciality is steak and seafood and he produces award winning dishes for our customers to enjoy along with a vast selection of wines to complement your meal.

Cocktails and barista coffee along with all your favourite beers, ale, wine & spirits are available from our bar. Table Service Only.

Myself and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our evening at pedigree bistro. Ciaran was our server and he went above and beyond to our every need during our visit. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were so friendly. We will definitely be returning to Pedigree soon! Rated all round 10/10.
