They dreamed of an upscale bistro with affordable American fare. Neighbors and friends would find a table they could call their own and always feel welcome. Chef Todd Uhlir and Jeffrey Finklestein brought their dream to life in their hometown of Troy, Ohio with Basil’s on Market. The name was inspired by the idea of fresh, local ingredients and the restaurant’s Market Street location.
