As We told the staff We think it was perhaps the best meal we have ever eaten out. So healthy and light and delicious and beautifully presented.

We had the three course menu. The burger was the best we've ever had, loved the kimchi, and the pumpkin-chocolate desert was delicious- and beautiful with its golddust. The salad we had as a starter was lovely too, but a bit too fragmented in the overall experience and could have used more flavour. Especially the blue potatoes would have been nicer if they had soaked in some marinade. But the overall experience was definitely a 10, fresh ingredients, very creative dishes, lovely service, nice room. We're already looking forward to our next visit

The price a little to high. It's only possible to order 3, 4 or 5 dinner course. We would prefer more flexibility with the menues.

Maden var rigtig dejlig, smukt velanrettet og velsmagende (very delicious an creative). Jeg synes jeres ønske om kun at tilbyde alkoholfri vin er meget sympatisk, både som alternativ til den vindrikkende kultur og for at holde fast i de sunde og rene råprodukter og forædlingsmetoder.
Men den hvidvin der akkompagnerede vores måltid, stod ingenlunde mål med den dejlige mad. Jeg ved ikke om der findes andre alkoholfrie vine, der smager bedre. Eller om vi skulle have fulgt menuens anbefaling om "sparkling rosé".
Hvis jeg skulle give et godt råd, så vil jeg foreslå enten at:
1. Tilbyde enten hvidvin som f.eks. Sancerre og rødvin som f.eks. Chateauneuf du Pape som alternativ til de alkoholfrie vine, eller
2. Tilbyde kun den mousserende rosé, hvis den virkelig står mål med madens kvalitet.
Men tak for en dejlig aften, meget venlig og kyndig betjening, og et fantastisk måltid mad. Vi kommer gerne igen.

It was a great experience and such kind service. The price is in the high end. The food was fabulous .... though the waffle in the dessert was tasteless, heavy and like not well cooked dough, but it didn't ruin the overall impression. The homemade ginger bear was outstanding. I'll definitely come back again.

This was an absolute culinary delight. A small cosy place with a handful of tables, a warm ambiance, but most importantly some of the best vegan food we have experienced anywhere in all of our travels around the world.
The owners have even written a book on the recipes, unfortunately only available in Danish, certainly worth a a glance through to admire all the various dishes and their colors.
At first this may seen a bit pricey but when you see how much preparation, love and care is put into producing your meal you readily find out that this in fact extremely great value for money too.
We took the 3-course meal which was absolutely fabulous, I won’t labour through all the ingredients, but I will say that although I do not usually like meat substitutes dishes the vegan burger was a delight in taste & texture. All the dishes were superbly explained in great detail. Any vegan traveling to Copenhagen this is a must.

Hi,
I am the only vegan in our group, but everyone liked the dinner very much, and it is not standard.
We took a 3 set menu: starter - power bowl - was excellent, great combination of flavors (the best pickled and roasted buck wheat!), dessert - truffles - also very tasty, in addition everything beautifully presented. A small minus for the main course - for the burger, which was just too simple, it was tasty, but I've eaten many similar ones.

White lighting in the space is not optimal for eating - this is what hospitals use. Suggest trying a more dim light, create more chill and warm atmosphere. The starter and the desert was excellent but the main dish was mediocre. Staff is very nice.
