Som dansker i Danmark vil jeg gerne betjenes på dansk. Dog intet problem, men nu får I min tilbagemelding på landets sprog.
Maden var glimrende. Vi sad ikke så godt, da bænken var skæv. Ærgerligt, at I var udgået for is til dessert. Betjeningen var lidt neutral, ikke uvenlig, men heller ikke meget imødekommende; lidt sært fx at have bestilt bord til to og komme til et dobbeltbord med tre kuverter. Det hele gik lidt langsomt, især betalingen, som jeg selv måtte gå nedenunder og klare.

Shahi is our favorite Indian restaurant in Copenhagen and have been there numerous times over the years. This is the first time, though, that I was disappointed. What we enjoy most about Shahi, is that one can select the strength of your curry, so you always can enjoy it. This time we thought though that the strength of the curry was not what we ordered (English hot).. it was a lot milder than expected.. it was probably English mild strength in our opinion. The flavour was still amazing, and we enjoyed our food, but would have definitely given full marks for the food if it were hotter.
We ordered one of the set menus, only to be told half way through our meal that the dessert included was not available. We did receive a replacement dessert, but was far too sweet for our taste.
The background music was fitting for the setting, but we thought it would be nice if there was less repetition, and more of a variety of Indian music.
We'll definitely be back despite our comments, but we do hope that the feedback given here will be taken on board.

Very slow service, did not take empty bottles and plates, had to remind her that we ordered a naan bread which then came when we were almost done.
Carlsberg were sold out, and she could not recommend any of the Indian beers due to not knowing what they were
