Three of us in Cork for the day having travelled from Dingle. Luckily we’d booked a table as the place was buzzing. Food was superb - two of us had the typical Palestinian chicken and rice with our v fussy veggie friend had the yummy falafel. Staff were wonderful in their Paddystinian t-shirts! My sister and I enjoyed the picnic basket which meant we could have a variety of mini dishes. I just love to try new dishes. The meal was superb and the staff were amazing. I don't normally drink cola of any sort but I did have a Palestinian cola which was really nice. I love this restaurant. I try to eat here when I'm in Cork. I would book a table in advance as its really popular.

We were visiting Cork from UK and being pro-Palestine, we were delighted to find a Palestinian restaurant. Booking was easy on-line through Table Agent. We were cheerily welcomed and being somewhat naive asked advice from our waitress. Her recommendation was duly followed and the resulting "Picnic Box For Two" was eagerly devoured, giving us a taster of several flavours. Coffee finished the meal with delicious dates. The meal was so tasty and aromatic that we booked again sampling different dishes this time. The whole experience was friendly, efficient and prompt and we aim to return to Cork, if only to re-visit all at Izz. Thanks a million!

GREAT vegan food, extremely kind staff, everyone is very, very friendly, great vibes, very busy, so make sure to have a reservation. The food is very filling and fresh. Their avocado hummus and beetroot hummus are out of this worl,d and their bread is fresh and warm. We had no space for dessert, but they looked great. They even have a vegan cinnamon roll. I shall return!

Food was lovely, while I was ordering my food I was rudely interrupted by another customer who had come to my table wanting a table, service was a bit slow, our waiter looked like he couldn't be arsed, he is in the wrong job.

What an incredible experience, this restaurant has a wonderfully relaxed vibe, friendly and knowledgeable staff, an extensive selection of equally delicious meals and smaller dishes. Overall I would 100% recommend Izz cafe to everyone
