Excellent service with directions around building explained, hand sanitiser clearly visible on entry and table well spaced out. Food to the normal excellent standard. Although the menu was reduced there was still plenty to choose from. Will definitely be returning.

Food is always very good, portions are huge and prices very reasonable. Service very good - staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Covid distancing and hygiene done well. Only slight complaint (to be honest more an observation than a complaint) is that Poachers is always a little on the cool side - perhaps sometimes nerd to turn the heating up - even if it is summer!

I had Roast beef dinner. Potato wasn’t great and gravy was on the dinner. I would prefer it separate in a boat to allow myself to choose how much. Could have done with a bit more. Great system ongoing due to COVID 19 but were sitting near exit door and every time someone went out my husband had to get up to close it!!!

We waited 20 mins to get served for a drink Then another 25 mins to be served for food By time food actually came we were no longer hungry Being put up in the corner seems though it delayed our service as everyone who came in after us got served first
