Madame Hạnh - Since 1956

Caring for others has been always an important part in Madame Hạnh's life. She spent her childhood cooking for her seven siblings and travelled the world spoiling her guests for 40 years with Asian and European delicacies in her restaurants.

But it was in the last ten years that she immerse herself in creating healthy dishes. For Madame Hạnh “to care” for her family, friends and guests means to use only fresh and organic ingredients, but to create seemingly simple but delicious food.

For a chef whose passion for cooking is deeply rooted in what she’s learnt of the world and the culinary care for others, what better way to evoke a sense of a culinary journey.
