With renowned chef Charlie Palmer’s latest installment—and his first in Texas—he brings American-French fusion cuisine to Dallas. The “breezy” themed restaurant is decorated in honor of Texas being the nation’s top producer of wind energy. The ambiance of earthy color tones and spinning turbines in the lights might just blow you away.
