Since then they have been refining their cooking techniques and restaurant skills to present Dallas with an elegant Brazilian Steakhouse that’s also authentic. Rafain offers its diners 16 different cuts of meat prepared by authentic Gaucho chefs, as well as a gourmet salad bar with over 45 different items ranging from Tabouli salad to Brazilian Heart of Palm salad.
