What a little gem this place is! Everything is made from scratch and delicious, and several interesting wines are available. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is charming. It's popular and tiny, though, so make reservations!

This is an awesome restaurant. Small and quiet. I loved that we could hear each other talk during our dinner. The wait staff was attentive and helpful. The food is SO amazingly good. Everything we had was fantastic and you can definitely tell it is all hand made.

This was our second visit to Bettola Bistro. My wife and I enjoy fine, creative dining. Once you leave the parking lot of the strip mall, you enter a different world. The ambience and service are superb. But the food is why we go back. Everything is custom prepared for each diner. The black cod was superb as was the rolled flank steak. We will be back.

It was a wonderful experience. Service was great, music was great and the food was exceptional. My wife and I are foodies so to speak and we have dined in many fine restaurants over the years. Bettolo is a gem in a funky little spot but that is part of its glow and it compares favorably to any Italian restaurant in Colorado. Bravo!

We had an amazing dinner and time at Bettola Bistro! There were three of us, celebrating three different occasions. We each ordered a different (seafood) entree: scallops, shrimp scampi, and fish. We all tasted each dish, along with two appetizers and some (half-priced, for Weds!) bottles of wine. Every dish was melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness!! The service was impeccable, the concierge knowledgeable, the chef spot-on, and the ambience was perfect! Thank you so much for a brilliant night out! I'm so glad we found this place! I've told several friends and colleagues about it. We will definitely be back!!

The balsamic marinated brussels sprouts and the peach caprese appetizers are exceptional and inventive. Partner enjoyed the eggplant parmesan...just right with creamy interior and crunchy exterior. Broth on the Cioppino wasn't quite as flavorful as I've experienced elsewhere (San Fran & New Orleans). Service was very good at the start, but, slowed measurably as the restaurant filled. Overall enjoyed our 1st visit and will return to try other dishes.

Dear Bettola crew - We had a grand time at dinner last night. The appetizers were terrific along with the wine (an wine lesson). The entrees were good. One suggestion for an Italian restaurant: Don't charge extra for parmesan, it seems kinda cheap as the food is not inexpensive. If you need to make up costs, charge for the bread, not everybody can or should eat it anyway.
